En bordure de route terroriste

In Pakistan we all are familiar with word terrorist. Many refer it to as agencies working in Pakistan. But are we aware of the roadside terrorist that we can encounter on roads very easily. No! I am not talking about the thugs that rob us but I am talking about the public transport that roams on the road. The beautifully dressed ladies of road, Bus, the ugly looking taxis and the hybrid between car and motorcycle, rikshaws and qinchis, can be easily called as terrorists. Why?
